In this document, "pop99a", "we", "platform" and "website" refer to pop99a operating under international licensing through the website https://pop99a.net. "You", "member" and "user" refer to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the services provided by pop99a.

Withdrawal Processing Time

• Collusion with other members or platform staff to manipulate game outcomes.
• Use of multiple accounts or sharing an account with another person.

pop99a reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time at our sole discretion, particularly under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms and conditions in this document.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or system abuse.
• Account closure request initiated by the member.
• Death of a member, with the account balance subject to a valid inheritance claim process.
• Instructions from a competent authority.

Closure Request by Member

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our customer service via live chat or email. Before the account is closed, all active wagering requirements and pending withdrawals will be settled according to standard procedures.
